Order Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday; excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods:
All orders will be carefully wrapped and shipped from Edmonds, Washington, U.S.A.
Shipping & Handling fees are both included in the Shipping fee.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout (based on weight, dimensions and destination).
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided once the package is shipped.
Shipping times are not guaranteed - these estimates vary based on the chosen shipping method and destination.
U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred shipping carrier - the following shipping methods are available:

Delivery time is 1-3 business days

Free Shipping:
Orders over $65 (excludes tax & shipping)
International (we are shipping only to Canada until further notice)
International customers are held responsible for any customs charges, duties, or import taxes incurred by their country - please check your local tax authorities before ordering
We are not held responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Please do not request orders to be declared as “gift” on customs forms - only the true value of each item will be listed.
USPS First Class Package International:
Delivery time is 11-20 business days

USPS Priority Mail International:
Delivery time is 6-10 business days

Sales Tax:
We collect sales tax on any orders shipped to Washington State addresses.
Lost / Stolen / Missing Packages:
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing packages - once the package is handed to the shipping carrier, it is out of our hands.
Please ensure that the shipping or mailing address is correct and complete.
Please contact your local postal or carrier office in regards to your package and provide them with the following information:
Recipient mailing address, tracking number, mailing date and any other carrier information
Returns: We do not accept returns - all sales are final. We ensure that all orders are checked, correct and carefully packaged prior to shipping. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@thestationerypocket.com.
Refunds: As soon as you receive your package, please inspect each item. Please contact us via email (info@thestationerypocket.com) within the first 24 hours of receiving it; if the following issues occur:
Incorrect Item Shipped:
Within 7 days of receiving it:
Return the item in its original condition (unopened, unused, undamaged) along with the original invoice.
Please use a postage service that includes a tracking number (please email us the tracking number).
Once we receive the item, we will closely inspect the item.
If the item is accepted, then we will refund the return shipping cost and ship out the correct item with free shipping.
Damaged or Defective Item:
Within 7 days of receiving it:
Return the item in its original condition (unopened, unused, undamaged) along with the original invoice.
Please use a postage service that includes a tracking number (please email us the tracking number).
Once we receive the item, we will closely inspect the item.
If the item is accepted, then we will offer a store credit for the same amount as the item (exchanges will not be accepted).
No refunds will be made for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges / Cancellations:
Exchanges will not be accepted.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order - please contact us at info@thestationerypocket.com. After 24 hours, any cancellation requests will not be accepted.
